Job Opportunity: Administrator

Who we are?

1. a growing Multicultural family, English-speaking Church community in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong. Our vision is to experience the love of God and channel the same love to the people around. 

2. We are passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and discipling people to follow him and to make followers of him. 

3. We meet every Sunday to celebrate, worship and learn about God and to do life together as a community. Besides Sunday, we have small groups (Missional Groups), and Ministry Outreaches (ministry Outposts) during the weekdays. We welcome you to be part of this thriving community.

Three main things we are looking for in an Administrator:

1. Communication: an administrator who can manage communication/liaising between church leaders, the volunteers team and the members of the church in general. 

2. Office management: Includes the daily operation of the office, keeping records, petty cash, and working with office errands. 

3. Facilitating: works for facilitating different needs of churches’ ministries on a Sunday basis or on an ad hoc basis to run the events smoothly. Helps with Sunday slides, if required with posters, or advertisement purposes. 

4. Plus point if he/she can speak Cantonese, and can work with a bit of accounts work under supervision. 

5. Working hours: Full time: From 9 AM- 6 PM.
