Key Job Duties

1. Communication: To manage communication/liaison between church leaders, the volunteer team and the members of the church. 

2. Office management: To oversee daily office operations, manage basic bookkeeping and petty cash, as well as handle office errands. 

3. Facilitating: To cater for the different needs of churches’ ministries on Sundays and assist  Pastors with conducting the Sunday Service and Sunday School smoothly. Weekly routines include drafting announcement slides and posters for church events and activities.

4. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese is a plus

5. Working hours: Tuesdays to Fridays: 9 AM – 6 PM / Sundays: 9 AM – 3 PM
